\nAn ample and sensual ros\u00e9. Rose petal colour, nose dominated by wild strawberries and redcurrants. Still young in the mouth, with a background of small fruits. A texture well coated by a hint of acidity on a mineral note which gives it a beautiful freshness and a lot of tenderness on the finish.<\/p>\n
To be chilled well before drinking (10-12\u00b0 T) as an aperitif or to accompany fish dishes such as red mullet and lean meat, tajines, country-style charcuterie and mixed salads.<\/p>\n
