"Why a book of recipes made only of vegetables? In 1985, I made a fabulous trip to India, discovering the diversity and variety of vegetarian cuisine. Eating neither fish nor meat and leaving the table with no hunger in my stomach by eating only vegetables opened up many horizons for me. Since then, we have been offering daily vegetable menus, vegetables picked up in the morning and cooked the same day.
This book is the result of these last years of work.
